Bella Luce Hotel is a historic boutique hotel in St Martin, built around a 16th-century Norman manor house and 17th-century longhouse. Formerly a 4-star, 23-room property featuring an ESPA spa, outdoor pool, restaurant, and an onsite gin distillery — once branded as Guernsey's Gin Hotel. Sold to Green Giant Ltd in 2022 and closed for major redevelopment; the listed front wall and longhouse are being restored as centrepieces of a planned 14-bedroom boutique hotel with wellness centre and whisky library.
