Started as a Dancewear & Fitness wear shop. In 2008 expanded at Les Banques premises. Moved to The Bridge in April 2019.

Body & Sole is a specialist swimwear, lingerie, jewellery and accessories retailer at The Bridge, St Sampson, trading as Body & Sole Ltd since 1994. The shop offers swimwear in sizes 6–30 across seven cup sizes, lingerie up to 46 back and A-K cups, mastectomy bras and swimwear, professional bra fitting, evening and cocktail dresses, day and night clothing, winter coats and gilets, accessories including hats, fascinators and evening bags, and a dressmaking and alteration service covering everyday clothes, weddings and soft furnishings. —
