Founded in Guernsey in 1978 with legal advice from Carey Olsen. Based at The Bridge, St Sampsons for 23 years. Relocated to GROW Hub in January 2025. New office officially opened by the Bailiff of Guernsey, Sir Richard McMahon, on 4 June 2025.

Citizens Advice Guernsey is a registered charity (CH1, est. 1978) providing free, confidential advice on employment, housing, tax, benefits, discrimination, and consumer matters. Specialist Money Advisers support debt management and budgeting. The service runs fortnightly legal clinics with Carey Olsen and is staffed by around 80 volunteers and two full-time equivalents, handling approximately 11,000 enquiry areas per year. Languages supported include Latvian, Portuguese, and Bengali. —
