Also develops in Jersey, including acquisition of 13-14 Esplanade, St Helier (£10.75m, 2016). An earlier entity 'Comprop Ltd.' (GREG CMP16629) was registered 1987 and terminated 1991.
Comprop is a privately owned Channel Islands property developer based in St Peter Port, active for several decades. Its flagship project is the £80m+ Admiral Park mixed-use development on the former gas works site, comprising Plaza House (67,000 sq ft Grade A offices), No 1 The Plaza offices, a 100-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, and retail and restaurant space. Other notable projects include Havelet Waters luxury apartments (2018 Five Star UK Property Awards) and Plaza House, the first BREEAM-accredited building in Guernsey. Comprop also develops in Jersey and is managed by Steve Marie. —
