Founded 1985 by Lynette Petit. Acquired by Printed in Guernsey (IPS Ultraprint Ltd). The parent company originated as Island Scan (1988), renamed to Island Print Solutions, acquired Ultraprint, then acquired Ego Motifs. Ego Motifs also had a retail presence at Oatlands Village and previously operated from Valnord Road, St Peter Port.
