Forest Douzaine is a volunteer-run parish body, listed as a Volunteer Affiliate with the Association of Guernsey Charities. It is overseen by a Senior Constable and a Junior Constable, with two serving Constables. The douzaine comprises twelve douzeniers who retire on a rota basis. The Douzaine Room is open to the public on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:00. The douzaine issues dog tax licences to parish residents, handles bornements for building within 1.5m of a public road, and manages household refuse and recycling collection. —
