Guernsey Boatowners Association is a volunteer membership organisation, incorporated as a limited company by guarantee, representing Bailiwick boatowners since its founding on 24 March 1923. It manages mooring buoys at five locations including Havelet Bay and two Sark anchorages, provides advocacy to the States of Guernsey, administers harbour parking permits, and runs a member discount programme with local marine traders.
