All services are free and include supported employment, the Job Club, work experience placements, The Dressing Room (a professional wardrobe service for job seekers), job coaching, and disability awareness training. GET also runs an Employers' Disability Charter to engage local businesses, and is based in St Sampson with 11–50 staff.
