Guernsey Music Service is a States of Guernsey peripatetic music education service, established in 1978 and overseen by the Committee for Education, Sport & Culture. Based in St Andrew, it provides instrumental and vocal tuition to over 1,000 young musicians across Bailiwick schools and colleges. Lessons span orchestral and band instruments, singing, and music technology; ensemble groups include orchestras, wind bands, jazz orchestras, choirs, and chamber groups. The service prepares students for Trinity College London and ABRSM examinations and holds Music Mark membership. —
