Owned by Steve Lansdown (Pula Investments) since 2019, the 100-acre site is being redeveloped into a golf resort and country club. The original club offered a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath, and tennis court. A Golf Performance Centre opened in November 2025; a new country club building including a gym and 25-metre pool is under construction. —
