The Little Chapel Foundation is a registered charity and Guernsey foundation dedicated to the conservation and maintenance of The Little Chapel in St Andrew. Established in 2016, it was set up to receive, hold, and maintain the chapel and its grounds, which were gifted to the Foundation in 2017. The organisation is managed by five unpaid Councillors, including Chairperson Joseph Ignatius Mooney (from July 2025), Treasurer Joachim "JJ" Paes, and Secretary Dr Nicholas Anthony Fleetwood Paluch.
