About

The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT) is a specialist States of Guernsey Health and Social Care service providing assessment, treatment, and support for older adults generally aged 65 and over. Based at the Oberlands Centre, the team delivers a Memory Clinic, community psychiatric nursing, occupational therapy, cognitive stimulation and carers education groups, and a monthly dementia drop-in clinic. Accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatry under the MSNAP programme in December 2024.
