In February 2026, Bougourd & Harry hardware store was sold; Pitstop Tyres acquired its existing space plus rear property and will continue some hardware lines under the name Bougourd & Harry Stores

Pitstop Tyres is an independent tyre shop in the Vale, offering tyre sales, fitting, wheel balancing, valve replacement and disposal. All prices are all-inclusive of fitting, balancing, valve, tyre disposal and freight. The shop operates a best-price guarantee, matching any competitor on identical locally stocked tyres and paying 10% of the difference. Following the sale of the adjacent Bougourd & Harry hardware store in February 2026, Pitstop Tyres expanded into the former premises and now also trades as Bougourd & Harry Stores for hardware lines. —
