The Art of Living Guernsey is the Guernsey chapter of the Art of Living Foundation, a global non-profit founded in 1981 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It offers yoga, meditation, Sudarshan Kriya breathing techniques, and structured courses including the Happiness Course and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. Community programmes include PrisonSMART rehabilitation at Les Nicolles Prison. Weekly drop-in sessions run in St Peter Port at Moores Hotel and CONNECT Space.
