Three schools — two karate, one aikido. Guernsey Kofukan, founded in St Pierre du Bois in the early 1970s by Dave Moss, is the oldest — originally a Shukokai club before switching to Kofukan style under Sensei Tomiyama. Alderney Okinawan teaches Goju Ryu at The Butes Centre; Guernsey Aikido (St Andrew) was relaunched post-Covid by Andy Garnham. —
