Started at Guernsey Fresh Friday Market circa 2011 with a noodle soup stall. After eight years at the market, opened the takeaway shop in St Sampson in winter 2019. Founder Tan moved to Guernsey in June 2003 from Southeast Asia.

Atan Ahan is a Thai and South East Asian takeaway in St Sampson, founded at Guernsey's Fresh Friday Market in 2012 and opened as a shopfront in winter 2019. Family-run by founder Tan and her husband Paul, it offers cooked-to-order meals with dairy-free, vegan, and naturally gluten-free options, private catering, and event catering.
