Revived Alderney sweater unseen since WWI

Story

Started as a cottage industry to revive the Alderney sweater which had not been seen since WWI. Has presented knitwear to British Royal Family during visits to Alderney.

Channel Jumper is a knitwear manufacturer and retailer on Alderney, established in 1976. It produces traditional Guernsey sweaters and knitwear from 100% British worsted wool and Merino, with product lines including the Burhou, Puffin, Ellis, Gannet, and Longis styles, priced from £49 to £134. Products are sold from its knitting studio at Braye Harbour, the Alderney Wildlife Trust Shop in St Anne's, and via an e-commerce site with worldwide delivery. A percentage of each sale is donated to the Alderney Wildlife Trust.
