Founded February 1913 in the Chamber of Commerce rooms. Rugby was played in Guernsey before organised football. Club survived both World Wars, joined English leagues in 1987. First XV rebranded as Guernsey Raiders in 2015.

Guernsey Rugby Football Club, also known as the Guernsey Raiders, is an amateur rugby union club founded in February 1913, playing at Footes Lane in St Peter Port. Competing in National League 2 East (Level 4) under Hampshire RFU, the club fields men's and women's teams and runs the Guernsey Rugby Academy with over 320 junior players. The club holds RFU Accredited Club and SportsMark accreditation, and contests the annual Siam Cup against Jersey RFC. —
