La Choppe is a horticulture and craft shop in Castel, established in 2014. It offers seasonal fruit and vegetables grown in its walled garden, alongside bedding plants, vegetable seedlings, herbs, and other garden and house plants raised on site by volunteer gardeners. The shop also sells gifts and crafts including greeting cards, soaps, candles, toys, jewellery, and T-shirts, with over 1,000 lines, at least half of which are exclusive to La Choppe and made within the Bailiwick of Guernsey. —
