Reservoir View Vineyard

St Saviour·Attraction

Story

Continues legacy of Guernsey horticulture; the Guille family previously grew tomatoes and freesias for export. Supported by Guernsey Trees for Life for native hedging restoration.

Reservoir View Vineyard is a boutique family-run vineyard in St Saviour, established in 2025 by the Guille family. The vineyard grows Albariño, Madeleine Angevine, and Pinot Noir across two sites — Reservoir Field and La Gallie — using regenerative viticulture principles. First wines are expected in 2029/2030. Guided tours run April to September for groups of 4 to 15, covering both vineyard sites.
