Housed in the 1841 Girls' School building, shared with Sark's Tourism Office/Visitor Centre. Maintains comprehensive herbarium for Sark since 1980. Discovered previously unknown bat species in 2023. Compiled CD of recordings of Sark's Norman French language in 2009. Published numerous books on Sark history. Involved in marine conservation advocacy for Sark waters.

La Société Sercquaise is Sark's heritage and natural history society, founded in 1975 to study, preserve and enhance the island's natural environment and cultural heritage. Operating from the Heritage Room — a museum and library housed in the 1841 Girls' School building — it covers archaeology, botany, entomology, geology, ornithology, conservation, family history, meteorology, language preservation, and astronomy. It supports the Sercquiais Norman language project and partners with La Société Guernesiaise and the Blue Marine Foundation. —
