Rocquette Cider Tour & Tasting is a guided 90-minute experience at the Rocquette Cider farm in Fauxquets Valley, Castel, run by Rocquette Cider Co. Ltd. The tour takes groups of up to 30 through an orchard of 5,500 apple trees, cider production facilities, bee hives, and a copper still, finishing with a tap room tasting of ciders, fruit liqueurs, and apple chutneys paired with local cheeses. Tours run six days a week from April to September. The farm was established in 1998. —
