Founded by Emily Trebert, whose family ran Gabriel's shops on Fountain Street for over 60 years. Inspired by a small vinoteca in a remote Alpine village in Italy. Introduced natural wine to Guernsey.

Vinoteca is an independent wine shop in St Peter Port, trading online as The Wine Seller Guernsey, founded in 2010 by Emily Trebert. It specialises in natural Italian wines, champagne, and artisanal Italian food, and is the Bailiwick's supplier of Champagne Drappier. Orders can be collected from the Le Bordage shop or delivered across Guernsey. —
