Adult Disability Services is a States of Guernsey government service operated by Health & Social Care (HSC), supporting adults over 18 with learning disabilities, autism, or significant difficulties with daily living. Services include residential care at Shotley Villa, Les Alouettes, Sunnybrook, Chateau Reve, and The Autism Hub; supported living at Le Grand Courtil and Pedvin Street; community outreach teams; short breaks; therapy; adult autism assessments; and safeguarding. Referrals are accepted from GPs, family members, healthcare professionals, or self-referral via the Adult Resource Allocation Panel. —
