Founded in 1919 by Miss Richards and Miss Marrs. Originally operated from a shared office at Lefebvre Street with St Peter Port Constables. Moved to Le Four Cabot in St Andrew in 1998. Building renamed Vision Support Centre in 2019 for centenary year.

Guernsey Blind Association (also known as Vision Support Centre and GBA) is a Guernsey registered charity (CH163), founded in 1919, that supports people with visual impairments across the Bailiwick. Operating from St Andrew, it offers a resource centre with assistive equipment, home visits, orientation and mobility training, a weekly Talking Newspaper delivered to over 100 homes, talking book access, financial assistance for eye tests and glasses, and Thursday social activities. Governed by trustees and funded through donations, bequests, fundraising, and subscriptions. —
