Formed in 1984 when local organisations decided to work together. Launched first website in 2000. Celebrated 40th anniversary in 2024 with reception hosted by Chief Minister and launch of #WithoutUs campaign.

Association of Guernsey Charities is the Bailiwick's umbrella body for charities, founded in 1984 and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in 2022. With 320+ member organisations, it provides sector advocacy, governance guidance, training events, and sector representation. It administers giving.gg (online donations) and volunteer.gg (volunteer matching) across the Bailiwick. —
