Bar Du'Nord is a nautical-themed lobby bar at the Peninsula Hotel in Vale, established in 2019. Named after the Etoile du Nord RNLI lifeboat on static display at the hotel entrance, the bar features lifeboat memorabilia, a horseshoe-shaped bar with a ceiling-height olive tree, and a glass-fronted wood-burning fire with original Guernsey brick surround. It serves Lebanese-influenced reimagined classics using locally sourced produce, alongside afternoon tea, Sunday roasts, and its own-brand Little Big Brew Co beer. —
