Opened June 2019 in former Mirror Bar premises near Le Nautique. Inspired by London bar Bounce. Owner Simon Allum previously ran The White Hart and Cornerstone pubs in Guernsey.

PingQuay is a waterfront bar on North Quay, St Peter Port, opened in June 2019 in the former Mirror Bar premises. It serves 12 draft beers, 2 draft ciders, craft beers from local breweries including Breda, a sommelier wine selection, and spirits. The upper floor features a ping-pong table; the ground floor bar has harbour views. Entertainment includes live music spanning jazz, funk, soul, acoustic, and 60s mod nights, DJ sets, and Wednesday jazz sessions with Le Jazz Accord. Owner Simon Allum previously ran The White Hart and Cornerstone pubs. —
