Story
Owner Natalia Silvester moved to Guernsey in 2009 at age 19 and built a career in hospitality before opening Crêpe Maison, inspired by Parisian street food culture and artisan markets
Crêpe Maison is a French-inspired crêperie, café and artisan food shop at 7 The Pollet, St Peter Port, opened in 2021 by Natalia Silvester of the Silvester Group. It serves traditional Breton galettes and crêpes, charcuterie boards, sourdough, pastries and cakes, using local Guernsey milk and butter, alongside fine wines and French ciders. An in-house concept, Le Grand Rustique, offers curated French cheeses, charcuterie, wines and ciders. Catering is available for weddings, corporate events and private parties. Winner of Customer Service of the Year at the 2023 Pride of Guernsey Awards. —
