Originally opened as The Patisserie at Moores, relaunched as The Hideaway in 2011, renamed Anni's Hideaway in 2023 in loving memory of Anni Bichard (née Sendlhofer), an Austrian-born pastry chef from Bad Hofgastein who was at the helm when the restaurant first opened

Anni's Hideaway Patisserie and Brasserie is an Austrian-inspired patisserie and brasserie within the Best Western Moores Central Hotel on Le Pollet in St Peter Port, operated by Sarnia Hotels Group. Specialities include Apfelstrudel, Sachertorte, Lemon Tart, and Guernsey Gache, alongside light meals, open sandwiches, salads, and afternoon teas. Al fresco terrace dining overlooks Le Pollet. Renamed in 2023 in loving memory of Anni Bichard (née Sendlhofer), an Austrian-born pastry chef from Bad Hofgastein who first led the kitchen when the restaurant opened as The Patisserie at Moores. —
