Extraordinary Spirit is Guernsey's first gin distillery, trading also as Three Fingers Distillery and Blue Bottle Gin. Founded by Matt Polli and operating under R.W. Randall Ltd, it distils artisan spirits from a 500-litre Arnold Holstein pot still in batches of 400 bottles. The range spans Blue Bottle Dry Gin (47% ABV), Pink Gin (44% ABV), and Navy Gin (57% ABV), alongside Blue Mantis Vodka (47% ABV) and Gold Bug Rum (47% ABV). Botanicals include juniper, local gorse flowers, cubeb pepper, nutmeg, pink grapefruit, orange peel, and lemon peel. The distillery holds a Gold Medal from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015, two IWSC silvers, and was Craft Gin Club Gin of the Month in October 2015. Not open to general visitors.
