Founded in 1956 when Jack and Ella Parker, and their daughter and son-in-law Sheila and Andre Sendlhofer, first managed Moores Hotel. Hotel de Havelet acquired in 1971, Les Rocquettes Hotel added in 1996.

Sarnia Hotels Group is a family-owned hotel group in St Peter Port, founded in 1956. It operates three hotels: Best Western Moores Hotel (3-star, Le Pollet), Best Western Hotel de Havelet (4-star), and Les Rocquettes Hotel (3-star, Les Gravees). The group employs around 120 staff, is AA inspected, and is a member of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and Guernsey Hospitality Association.
