Opened in 2017 in response to the 1001 Critical Days Agenda. Literacy programme running since 2012 (originally as Every Child Our Future, rebranded to The Next Chapter). Appointed first CEO in 2023.
Bright Beginnings LBG is a registered charity in St Sampson supporting families from pregnancy through childhood. Its Children's Centre provides antenatal support, classes, therapy, and mental health groups for families with children up to age four. Its Nursery & Preschool offers all-day childcare from three months to four years. The Next Chapter literacy programme delivers volunteer reading support in primary schools for children aged four to eleven. Established in 2017; awarded Guernsey Community Foundation Charity of the Year in 2021. —
