Story

Originally called 'La Chapelle de la Trinite', erected at a cost of £2,990. Foundation stone laid by William Le Marchant, Bailiff of Guernsey. Consecrated 4 August 1846 by the Lord Bishop of Winchester. Foundation likely connected to John Wesley's 1787 visit to Guernsey. Originally served as a propriety chapel for the Parish Church of St Peter Port, accommodating the French congregation.
