Guernsey Probate Registry is the Bailiwick of Guernsey's official probate authority, operated by the Ecclesiastical Court under agreement with the States of Guernsey. Staffed by a Registrar (who must be an Advocate of the Royal Court), three Deputy Registrars, and one assistant, the Registry issues several hundred Grants per year.
