Story

Presbyterian presence in Guernsey since 16th century reformation. Current church building completed 1897. Originally under Free Church of Scotland, then Presbyterian Church of England from 1855. Transferred to Church of Scotland in 1972 when mother church merged into United Reformed Church. Church hall converted to two storeys and rededicated January 2008.

St Andrew's in The Grange is a Presbyterian church in the Church of Scotland tradition, established in 1897 in St Peter Port. Part of the Presbytery of England, it serves a congregation of around 179 members and offers Sunday worship, open communion, baptisms, weddings, and adult education. The building retains the original organ frontage presented by the 2nd Battalion Gordon Highlanders. Registered charity CH194. —
